Beste arts,

Heeft u een vraag bij de werking van de online leeromgeving? Neem dan contact op met de helpdesk via het onderstaande webformulier. U kan uw vragen ook e-mailen naar infosofia@acco.be.

Er zijn ook twee handleidingen beschikbaar, die u mogelijk verder kunnen helpen.

1. De handleiding waarin u leest hoe u moet registreren en inloggen. Deze vindt u via deze link.

2. De handleiding die de algemene functionaliteit van de leeromgeving beschrijft. Deze vindt u via deze link.

De communicatie met de helpdesk van de online leeromgeving kan vanzelfsprekend in het Nederlands. Aan de andere kant van de helpdesk zitten de Acco-medewerkers die u zo snel als kan zullen antwoorden (helpdesk wordt bemand op werkdagen tussen 9u en 17u).

Minimal system requirements

Your browser must have javascript enabled to be able to use Sofia. In general, we strongly advise to use the latest browser-version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari for Mac. However, here are a few minimal system requirements:

Sofia supports the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari 15.x and higher

Sofia supports these browsers only on these operating systems:

  • Windows 10
  • Windows 8.1
  • Windows 7
  • MacOS 12 and higher

The browser version Sofia supports depends on the Sofia release date. When a new version of Sofia is released we support the latest current version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari for MacOS (these browsers usually automatically update whenever a newer available version is detected). Since Januari 1, 2019 Sofia does not support the browser Internet Explorer anymore.

Sofia is designed for limited use on tablets and smartphones only.
